With over 20 years of experience, Gareth leads our compliance and data functions while serving as the Registered Manager. He specialises in developing client-centred homecare solutions that prioritise safety and compassionate care. Gareth collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our services remain flexible and responsive to individual needs. Mel Shinton is an experienced Critical Care Nurse with over 30 years of practice across the UK and Australia. She is passionate about raising standards and ensuring that services are clinically robust, well-governed, and responsive to the needs of both clients and staff.
