The Neuro-Rehabilitation Pathway
Neurological conditions require more than just maintenance - they require active engagement to preserve function. We operate a "Neuro-Rehab Pathway" where our carers act as the daily facilitators for your clinical therapy team.
Whether you are recovering from an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or managing the progression of Motor Neurone Disease (MND), our staff are trained to implement prescribed physiotherapy and speech and language exercises into the daily routine. By integrating rehab into "normal life," we help clients achieve small, significant milestones in mobility and communication that might otherwise be lost in a standard care setting.
